Products
Candy boxes will contain at least the quantity of candies listed in the description. A piece of candy is defined as an individually wrapped piece of food of any weight or volume. Due to the nature of our product, there is no guarantee that a particular product will be included in a given box, regardless of the products displayed in the image.
Allergies
If you have food allergies, we recommend that you do not purchase a candy box as some snacks contain common allergies such as wheat, nuts, and lactose. Since not all candies lists all the ingredients we recommend that you not purchase products from Candy Box Canada if you have food allergies.
Delivery & Shipping
Candy Box Canada offers free Canada wide shipping on orders over $75 (single address). A $10 shipping fee will apply to orders less than $75. All candy boxes are shipped using Canada Post and tracking and insurance is provided at no additional cost to the customer.
Risk of Loss
Candy Box Canada is not liable for any lost, stolen, melted, damaged, or destroyed items as a result of the shipping/ delivery process.
Returns and Refunds
Returns will not be accepted due to the nature of our products. Refunds will only be issued in rare circumstances and will be at our discretion.

Candy Box Canada is not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. Material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting.
